This tumblog serves as a respository of sorts for web post I would like to keep track of. The name of this blog is inspired by the book of the same name by Douglas Florian.
The Korolev crater, found within the northern lowlands of Mars, is filled with fresh untrodden snow and ice.
The depth of the crater is around 2km and remains in a stable, wintery state due to a particular cold trap weather phenomenon that occurs in its vicinity.
